Default Drag Racing Newbie, Building 1970 Mustang

This car is an original 1970 Boss 302 Mustang, took the motor out for preservation and there is an 1/8 mile drag strip locally. I am building this car for street/strip application. Currently having a 347 Stroker built, all forged crank, rods, pistons. Aluminum Dart Pro 1 Heads, Edelbrock Air Gap RPM Intake, Hooker Procomp Headers, March Pulley Kit w/ Serpentine Belt, 670 Holley Street Avenger Carb, Wapp Distributor w/50,000v coil, MSD Sport Compact Distributor w/ Rev Limiter. Motor is supposed to Dyno 430H 444Ftlb torque. Putting on Steet Slicks with Wrinkle Wall, and it has a factory Hurst 4-Speed. Next is the Gears, I know I'm going to put Powertrax No-slip Traction System Differential so that it will slip around corners but not under a load like high acceleration. I believe it has factory 3.50 Gears in it. What would be a good choice for a gear? Keep in mind street and strip application. Ford 9" Rear End 3.70, 3.89, 4.11...I don't know, I was kind of thinking 3.89 but I'm just learning most of this stuff. Oh Yeah, and a Fidanza 13Lb Flywheel and Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch...Is this sounding good or what. I'm not interested in running NOS or Turbo, just good old american power. Plus I want my engine to last.

What size tires are you going to run on the back?
how much does the car weigh with you in it and some fuel?

this link has a lot of cool info on it.

I think I'll be running 235 or 245's on the back, 215's on front, the weight is unknown at this point, but as soon as I'm mobile I'll pull on the scales at work down the street. From Factory roughly 3,000 lbs but I'm shaving some weight with aluminum components removal of spare tire and what not. I weigh about 165.
