My friend and mentor was able to get me a 396 core. Any ideas with marrying this motor with the 67 el camino

You will need to get the bigblock motor mounts, and change the front springs to support the weight of the big block.

Thanks for the input. My mentor has mentioned that to me. The core is in great shape. We should be getting it back soon. I am really getting excited for this project.
