I have a 55 Chev that hasnt been scaled yet, that should run 10.50 or better, and a 65 chevy 2 SS/JA that runs 10.60's..... The 55 is a California car and is all new and for sale. Has all the right stuff. Dyno sheets to serious buyer.

42.500 obo. Pump gas 496,( made 700 with 2 inch headers and a shitty carb....should be 750 EASY now....dyno sheet available) alum headed, tall deck, Chuck Nuytton Dominator, Dart intake, Nitrous works driveshaft, Jerico, Mcleod soft lok cluth assembly, wilwood discs, Long shifter, Dana 60 with caltracs, 4 inch flowmaster exhaust, MINT rust free california body w/ paperwork back to 1954, dark blue/white. Lots more and everything NEW. To do that trans complete...bellhousing to shifter was almost 8 thousand. 6 point bar. IMMACULATE car. Front motor plate, be cool radiator, CSR elec water pump, custom built headers. wired NICE, MSD 7 AL2, ALL GOOD STUFF AND ALL NEW. Id put a pic in but this site doesnt make it easy for me. I cant just "browse" and choose pic from my hard drive..... the car is a good deal at 42,500. TOTALLY STREETABLE..... fit a 10.5 W slick if you wanna go to the track Drag Radials (New) on it now. Never ran it at track. I will have the car scaled and squared for buyer in their presence if they like. Like new even underneath!

I run a 71 vega with a 496 c.i. bbc we weigh 2551 lbs with me in it I've been running the 5.80 index class this year an have been down about half the year due to updates on the chassis getting ready for next year to run the texas pro stock class my weight will allow me to run a 585c.i. with two carbs an a tunnel ram NO POWER ADDERS ARE ALLOWED we need to get down to the 4.80's to be competitive
my current combo should get me down to a 5.40 without gas so its gonna be hard but do able I think we'll get the crowd on our side since all the other cars are high dollar new chassis cars who wouldn't love to see a vega win a pro stock race again

I have a 1979 Chevy Luv truck with a 406 SBC on alcohol that makes a dynoed 574 horsepower. I have 1 weekend on it (this weekend)( i blew my old 406 up) and the quickest it ran in the 1/8 was a 6.498 @ 105.42. It isnt street legal to say the least, and the suspension would probobly break your back on the street since it is set up totally just for 1/8 mile bracket racing
